VIENNA, 28 January 2020 – The Semantic Web Company has taken the PoolParty Semantic Suite to the next level in its new release. The software is now even easier to use, more user-friendly and significantly faster. PoolParty 7.2 has improved features such as project linking and hierarchy tree. It can also be seamlessly integrated with Kibana for improved data analytics and visualization.

The latest version of PoolParty Semantic Suite brings the power of knowledge graphs to Kibana, an open-source data visualization and exploration tool used for log and time-series analytics, application monitoring, and operational intelligence use cases. Kibana users can now benefit from linked data when creating intuitive charts and reports and navigating large amounts of data.

PoolParty’s newest version gives users more flexibility. It allows users to configure the hierarchy tree according to their needs. The text displayed can include the prefLabel, custom attributes, and other user text defined by the user. Sorting concepts in the tree is another new feature, and concepts can be organized either alphabetically or numerically.

PoolParty 7.2 also gives users a more powerful way of linking projects by using a wider range of custom properties. A custom relation is not a predefined SKOS relation like “related”. Instead, it can be something like “consists of,” which does not exist in SKOS and can be used to link different projects.

In PoolParty 7.2, user management has also seen major improvement and is much more intuitive. The User Management tree table shows more information, which is more convenient for users. In addition, interface elements are linked in such a way that it is possible to select many resources such as username and role or groups.
